The UAE is set for chilly weather today, Friday, December 27, 2024, with temperatures dipping as low as 6°C in mountainous regions, according to the National Centre of Meteorology (NCM).
Abu Dhabi and Dubai will experience milder lows of 17°C, with daytime highs reaching 26°C and 27°C, respectively. The mercury in internal areas is expected to rise to 24°C during the day.
The NCM forecasts fair to partly cloudy skies, accompanied by light to moderate winds, occasionally freshening with speeds of up to 35 kmph.
Humidity levels will increase by night and into Saturday morning, bringing a chance of mist formation over western parts of the country.
Sea conditions will remain slight in both the Arabian Gulf and the Oman Sea.
